Wednesday full of FUN!!

Highlight of the day---Curt and Julie called!!! The kids talked about it all day! Well, we got up had breakfast and got dressed. We went to the library to a puppet show story time and even picked up some books. Then off to CHUCK E CHEESE! It was cold and wet today so we stayed indoors. We got home and mad dashed around getting the house ready for a realtor to come. Then baths and got ready for church. Busy day but we had fun! Tomorrow is the make and take at the library 2-4 and then molly starts her puppy training class at 6:30! We will see what else we can find to do.

ZOOniversity!!

Well, the kids had a great day today! We went to Samurai for lunch then ran a couple errands. then we went to the library to the zooniversity! It was great. A lady was there that showed us animals from all over the world! Real animals right in front of us. We Left there and went swimming at Pappy's. The kids swam while I cooked supper. They ate good and we cleaned up and left. Todd and the kids came home surfed the net played WOW and XBOX! I had a ladies meeting at the church( Thank you SIS Lindsey- you are so sweet and I had lots of fun). I got home and they were all in bed WOW Todd!!! Kelsey is missing mom and dad a little tonight :( But Aunt Julie did pretty good! We prayed and cuddled for a little while and then laughed and giggled. And now all are asleep!!! Tomorrow will be another fun day! I will Try to take some picture to show the fun!

Memorial Day Post!

Hey the Video's Are for all to enjoy,But letting Curt and Julie see what all the kids are doing. Ya'll enjoy also! Julie the kids had a fun day! we fished a couple hours. We went to Pappy's to BBQ(kid's are eating good) And the Big fish went swimming for a couple hours. They went to bed pretty easy. Lots of fun planned for tomorrow! We will blog it after we get home! Well we had a great Memorial Day! Todd got up and went fishing with the guys and then came home and we took the kids fishing. They had a great time and everybody caught at least one fish. I will do the slide show with this post and add a few video's we did! Hope you all had a great day!

Mason has graduated and is now a big 1st grader!!!! He has done soooo good this year! He has learned to read and write. Perfect conduct in school, I think he pulled a ticket 2 times the whole year. But now my little boy is growing up :( Pictured above is Mason with his teacher

Mrs. Evans, with Mr. McCauley his Principal, And his class of 21 kids. Thank you Mrs. Evan's for loving my son and being such an awesome teacher. She has really been there for us a lot this year. Now anyone reading this post keep her daughter Michelle in your prayers. She had a really bad fall. She had to have major surgery and is only 17. She has a long road of recovery ahead of her. But, Jesus will help her thru this time.

Brownies Toop 202

Madison and Kelsey's troop went to the City View Fire station the other day. They delivered 3 huge boxes of girl scout cookies to them. The firemen gave us and the siblings and a few extra friends a tour. We all even got to spray the fire hose and climb in the trucks. The girls thought this was really neat. But I think Wesley and Mason really thought it was awesome!!!! Mason was beaming for days! Thank you City View for showing us around! And thanks to all our men and ladies in service for all you do. The Shahan Family prays for you daily!!!

Future Praise Singers

In Primelife Sunday school a few weeks ago Sis Elms taught about Heaven and the songs in the song book. We also talked about how our kids really do not know the song book songs. So Sis Carmen, the awesome kids choir leader that she is, took it upon herself to start teaching them. Well, Last Wed. after church the little group of monkeys were sitting in the back of the church. And I caught them. Trying to makeup a tune as they read the song book songs. It was soooo cute. Had to share just wish my camera did a video or I could firgure out how it does video!

Mothers Day

Today is bitter sweet for us. We celebrate our mothers and the life they gave us. I want to post in honor of a wonderful mom that came into my life 15 years ago. Thank you granny for having a wonderful son and raising him in a Godly home. We miss you today deeply. But, know you are with our Lord in Heaven. We will meet you around the throne one day.

The monkey's were climbing high at the park today!!! They were soooo cute. We took pictures then told them get down out of that tree before you fall and break something!

On rest for a few

I am gonna rest a few more days. Then I will blog. Todd is working on helping me try to do a memorial blog of his mom. She was an awesome lady. Words can not express how much we will miss her. I will leave you with the most beautiful rainbow I have ever seen. My children say it was from granny. And you know what sometimes after the tears we do need to see a rainbow of promise for the future. We are all doing well. Just gonna take some adjusting. Thank You all for your prayers!
