Home sweet Home

We are safely home. Ladies Conf. was great. The fellowship was awsome! I think we all had a great time. Even Kyle joined in on some fun with our group. He is so great and funny. What other guy would go out to eat with 8- 16 silly ladies, that some could be his mother. We missed all those who normally go but could not this year!!!! Next year is April 3-5th so mark your calendars!!!

Memories

Here is a couple pics in memory of our furry friend, GIZMO. He was a great dog and is greatly missed. Molly has made the sadness easier, but the little things she does that reminds us of him still sheds a few tears. Gizmo was part of our family for 11years. I found him at the pound, and he was the best dog you could ever ask for. We miss you Gizzy!

THE NAME!!!!

Molly it is, for our new little addition!!!! Thanks to a sweet story that Sis Elms told Madison about a puppy she once knew named Molly. But on the way home from prayer tonight the kids got the sillies. Madison asked what molly's middle name was and we said just Molly Shahan. Well they started saying how about Molly Jan Shahan, because she was born in january. They came up with many silly middle names. Todd finally said she doesn't need a middle name. I knew immediatly where that was gonna go!!! And out it came, from mason. "Her name can be Molly Nothing Shahan!" We laughed the whole way home!!!
The puppies got to visit Madison and Mason's school today. They had a fun day playing in the rain, getting muddy while wrestling with each other, and then taking a bath. They also went to family prayer tonight at our church :) They stayed in the car!!! They are plum tuckered out.

New little Shahan

Here is the newest member of our family! She was born on Jan.9, 2007, so she is about 10 1/2 weeks old. We got her today(Saturday). For those who do not know, our shizpoo, Gizmo, died this last week. We have had him every since we got married. He was a wonderful dog and will be greatly missed. The kids have been begging for a puppy. And well, I gave them my requirements and........they found her. Actually they found 2 of them. Twins sisters they are sooo cute. One is going to Lufkin to live with my sister, Kim.

The lighter haired one is theirs and her name is Ginger.

They are mini-schnauzers. Madison and I are still in debate over her name, MOLLY or MACY!!!! Or something else! Give us a comment and let us know what you think her name should be! I will post a few pics of Gizmo tomorrow in memory of our friend! Below is Mason my son and the twins ??? and Ginger!

Here We Are!

Shazaam! I guess I am finally giving into the peer pressure of my blog buddies. I may have a techie husband but he says this is my baby. We will see :) Hey, it's one little post I won't become addicted. Hopefully I won't have to join BA (bloggers anonymous)! Wish me luck it will be a fun journey!
